When cells are grown in 2D, as in a petri dish, they behave unnaturally, and often produce misleading results in diagnostic tests and development of new therapeutics. T-Blocks on the other hand, allows researchers to grow cells efficiently in 3D to form complex micro tissues to model physiology and produce natural biologics that can be used in personalized healing.
