Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is October 14. We look forward to seeing you on the 16th!
Why do some customers wait in line for 24 hours to buy the latest version of a certain technology device? Why do customers look forward to visiting certain businesses, while patronizing other stores is an unpleasant task? How do certain retail stores and public venues create an atmosphere that encourages customers to visit frequently and linger? What is that mysterious "X Factor" that draws us subconsciously to certain businesses, and makes us feel good when we're there?
Experts from a broad range of disciplines
will address these questions, and share their perspectives regarding the value of good design for both startups and more established businesses. Attendees will leave the workshop with a better understanding of design and an arsenal of useful ideas for implementing good design to grow their businesses and bottom line.
