Premiere Global Services (PGi), an international company with 2,700 employees in 24 countries, is moving its
Kansas
operations into a new 88,000-sq.-ft. building in
Corporate
Ridge
Office Park
, K-10 and Ridgeview, over the course of the next few weeks. All departments will move into the new facility by Aug. 17.
Founded by Chairman and CEO, Boland T. Jones in 1991, Premiere Global offers communications solutions for conferencing (audio and web), desktop fax and document delivery, e-marketing, and notifications and reminder services.
When PGi moves into the three-story Corporate Ridge facility from
Lenexa
, it will have 230 employees with the goal to hire many more in upcoming years.
The company chose the
Olathe
site because it’s in an easily accessible, high visibility location in a growing city. Other factors entering into the decision to move were the excellent reputation of the
Olathe
School District
, and the desire for a larger location with room for growth. The new building will be
ADA
compliant and have more conference rooms, state-of-the-art training rooms for larger groups, and space for more audio-visual technology.
