Event Description: For perfect pies every time you have to know how to master the different types of crusts and the fillings that go in them. Pastry Chef Alison Reed will show you how to make an apple and pecan pie as you work with your classmates in small groups. You will sample your work in class and leave with recipes in hand. - $89
