Event Description: 11:00am- PUPPET SHOW The Stone Lion Puppet Theatre presents: "Bubba and Trixie" a charming musical tale about a frightened caterpillar and a fearless ladybug. This show is designed to appeal to children ages 1-8. 1:30am- PRE-SCHOOL MUSIC CLASS Join us for Bubbles and Bach, an introduction to our Early Childhood Music Education Program. Sing songs, dance, discover hand bells, drums, shakers and more! This 30 minute demo class features fun musical activities sure to delight children ages 0-5. 12:00pm-4:30pm- REFRESHMENTS, LIVE MUSIC AND. . . THE ART OF VIOLIN MAKING Master Luthier Anton Krutz explains the intricate process of violin making. See and touch the "skeleton" of an unfinished violin. TRINGED INSTRUMENT "PETTING ZOO" Have you always wanted to play the violin? Curious as to whether viola or cello might be right for you? Come in and test out a high quality instrument. Receive a few free tips and tricks from our highly qualified faculty of studio teachers. Children and adults are invited to participate! 3:30pm- FAMILY FRIENDLY ORCHESTRA CONCERT The Metropolitan Strings Academy's Pinnacle Chamber Orchestra will perform an exciting outdoor concert. Beginning strings players will be inspired by this incredible group. Join us for Vivaldi, Dvorak, Beethoven and more!
