Event Description: Wes McCoy (ward 3), Ron Ryckman (at large) and Marge Vogt (ward 4) will be installed as councilmembers for the 2013-2017 term. A reception in their honor will begin at 6:30 PM in the Lobby of City Hall. The installation ceremony will begin at 7:00 PM in the Council Chamber.
