Two of today’s local industry leaders, Cerner Corporation senior director of associate and leadership development, Liz Thiel, and Johnson County Community College executive director of community, workforce & staff development, Karen Martley, will lead dynamic presentations on employee retention strategies and corporate best practices.
Featured speakers, Thiel and Martley, will offer effective and affordable techniques to strengthen the corporate bottom line and employee retention through engaged involvement and advanced skills.
The program will incorporate a series of breakout sessions and a question and answer period, which will help reinforce the strategies learned and help round-out the event.
